Now, all of our Month-to-Month and Annual members have been assigned a weekly collection day based on your location. Subscribers no longer need to schedule pickups online. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) members still schedule pickups online and pay for each collection at the time of scheduling.

- If you live in or around Knox County, TN, submit your location to our system to see if you’re in our range.Â
- Some locations like apartments need special consideration to make sure there is an approved collection area.
- Once approved, you will be prompted to purchase a Membership.

Start Collecting Your Food Scraps
- Month-to-Month and Annual Members: Put your bin out on your curb the night before your collection day.
- Pay-As-You-Go Members: Schedule and purchase a collection on your account page.
- On your collection day, we will haul off your dirty bin and replace it with a clean one.
