Schedule your next pickup by choosing one of the green dates on the calendar.
Once you request the date, we will review and send your confirmation via email.
Starting January 1st, 2023, all of our subscribed members will be assigned a weekly collection day based on their location. Monthly and Yearly subscribers will no longer need to schedule pickups online. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) members will still schedule pickups online and pay for each collection at the time of scheduling.
Instead of scheduling pickups, Monthly and Yearly Subscribers have a weekly collection day, similar to a trash collection service. These subscribers will have the option to Skip their next pickup if they choose.
Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) members will schedule available pickup dates on their region’s weekday. For example, if your regional collection day is Monday, PAYG members can schedule any available Monday for their pickup.
Your collection day is based on your location. If you are unsure about your collection day, please contact us.
See the map below for more details:
If you have signed up for our Monthly or Yearly Plan, there is no need to schedule a pickup.
If you are a Pay-As-You-Go member, you may schedule your collections on your Account page and pay for the collection through the calendar portal.
For Monthly/Yearly Subscribers:
Maybe your bin is empty or you’re going out of town. No matter the reason, you can skip collections a few different ways:
Pay-As-You-Go members must contact us to change collection dates via email or contact form at the bottom of the page.
More options will be availble soon. For now, contact us to switch!
Subscribers are members who have purchased the Yearly or Monthly Plan for our residential collection services. Yearly members are charged once per year and Monthly members are charged once per month on a regular basis. These members have their bin collected once per week on their regular collection day. See “What is my Region and/or Collection Day?” for more information.
Pay-As-You-Go members are not charged on regular intervals like subscribers. They pay an upfront cost to start their membership with us. When they need their bin collected, they must schedule a collection online and pay for the pickup at that time.
If you do not put your bin out for your collection date and have not selected to “Skip” that week, you will receive a reminder to put your bin out the next week.
Each member has a grace period of three reminders per year before incurring a charge of $12 and account suspension until the fee is paid. Once the fee is paid, the account will be reinstated immediately and the grace period resets. This grace period also resets every year.
In order to make our routes as efficient as possible, we do not allow our members to switch their collection day of the week.
Route efficiency ensures that we use the least amount of fuel and resources as possible to provide services for our members. The reduction in fuel usage decreases our carbon footprint, an element of our company that we are always working to improve.
Yes, if you would like to permanently change your collection frequency, you can contact us via email or contact form for more details. However, you do not have the option to change your collection day of the week.
For example, some members prefer one collection every two weeks instead of every week. Our team can help get your account set up with a custom schedule.
Can’t put your bin out for collection?
No problem. You can either Skip Your Next Collection or pick the date(s) you need to Skip.
Schedule your next collection by choosing one of the available dates on the calendar.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience of missing your pickup date. Because we strive for excellence, we want to fix this issue as soon as possible.
